Thank you for shopping with Uldees! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your items will arrive.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order is shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays (especially during peak seasons or holidays).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Uldees is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Uldees is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at sales@uldees.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within the U.S. but are working to expand our territory soon.
