We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Uldees. If you're not happy, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To start a return, email us at info@KFcompany.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any original shipping costs, if applicable). Processing times may vary.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
